[Resolved] ICICI Bank — My Phonepe UPI transaction failed on two attempts but account has debited the amount of 1438/-. | |||||
On 17May, 2017 when I made attempt for payment to flipkart using Phonepe UPI linked to my ICICI account. The transaction failed / cancelled for two times. But my ICICI savings account is debited with amount of ₹ 1438/- debited for the failed ransaction. So I kindly request you to refund the amount deducted for failed transaction. The two cancelled / failed Phonepe UPI transaction ID are as follows 1. P1705171011385388062434.. another cancelled transaction ID is 2. C1705171010550028062178. the Icici transaction Id for the deducted amount of 1438/-... The No. is UPI/[protected]/[protected]@ybl. Please kindly do the needful at the earliest.
