ICICI Bank — Never received OTP on time | |||
never received otp on time, it delays by 45 min. so i can't make any online purchases. I written a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com but still no response. dont know what to do. i have isafe app to generate otp on mobile but can't be used on purchase, then what is use having that app. really stuck with icici bank OTP service. They asked to send sms IBOTP to 5676766 to get OTP immediately, I sent it . But for that message i got a reply after 30 minutes like this " Dear Customer, validity of the OTP requested by you has expired. Please login again to access your internet banking account. Can someone from icici customer care help me on this issue?
