[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not closing old account | |||
I have joined infosys ltd on 09 october 2017 and opened a new salary account[protected] in icici bank, infosys pocharam branch. Since i have another (Old[protected] icici bank account previously and there is no transaction done after feb 2014, so bank marked it as a dormant account also marked as false account as per transaction pattern. After opening the new salary account they found that the previous account has a sr[protected] with false transaction (Fraud/suspicious), so they immediately putted a debit freeze on new account for privacy purpose and finally closed the new account[protected] on 09 november 2017 without any prior communication (Email/call/sms). Upon asking details about the person who made above complaints they are saying data is not available. Since my company only accept icici bank account for salary its critically urgent. The bank (Branch) official says we are looking into it from last 15 days. But still no resolution. I want details about the person who made that complaints and why. Kindly do the needful and suggest me the way to open an account for my salary. Kindly close the previous old account or let me know the process to close it. I have already submitted the closing request to bank before a month. I have submitted closing request on 20 oct 2017 and after that they are saying its have suspicious transaction pattern (Cash deposit), so its not possible. Kindly assist on this issue.
