Yatra processed Refund amount of Rs.1, 22, 573.01 on 21.10.2020 in ICICI Amazon Pay credit card ending last four digit 5009 in respect of card holder Mayur Shah against transaction for an amount of Rs.1, 28, 207.00 dated December 02, 2019. Refund Details given by Yatra are as under. PayU id - [protected]. ARN/RRN - 74056630308933685668645. As refund not reflected/received in credit card, complain raised at ICICI despute team on 10.11.2020 with service request SR[protected]. As per ICICI customer care email, refund case resolved by 22.12.2020. However, till the date refund not received in ICICI bank Amazon pay credit card. ICICI chargeback at yatra.
