Hi, I am Prasanta Mandal. I have done Rs.349 transaction on 19th february 2018 throught my Jio apps via Tez UPI mondalprasanta.[protected]@okicici to [protected]@icici for jio Recharge 399plan (399-voucher= 349 payment amount). payment was done and ₹349 deduction from my bank account but I still don't have my plan activated.
