Dear icici bank, I cancelled my ticket in redbus lastweek. The refund amount is 627.90. I called the customer care of redbus. They said they already transferred the amount to account. But the amount is not yet credited to my account. Redbus response: The refund of your ticket initiated on 6th june'17. Please take the bank arn number as [protected] and check with your bank if you have not received the it yet. The refund will reflect under the name of ibibo pvt ltd. So please check the status of this transaction and credit the refund amount to my account as soon as possible. I cancelled my ticket in redbus 5/6//2017. The refund amount is 405. I called the customer care of redbus. They said they already transferred the amount to account. But the amount is not yet credited to my account.
So please check the status of this transaction and credit the refund amount to my account as soon as possible.
