Dear Sir,
This is regarding Vehicle Loan No.: 0000000 for which was forcibly collected by your collection agent receipt of same has been attached below for your reference. i have not purchase any vehicle nor the vehicle has been delivered to me till date. the above amount was collected forcible from me by your collection agent.
i request you to kindly give detail document and the vehicle purchased by me or refund my amount which was forcible collected from me, also due to this my cibil record has been effected.
i request you to look in to this matter immediately and resole the same or else i will be forced to launch a police complaint
