ICICI Bank — Refund not get

I m booking train ticket from amazon and i m booking with icici debit card, unfortunately booking is failed, amazon are issued by RRN (REFUND REFRENCE NUMBER) is - 012659, they are told me that they are already transferred my 1192.40 rs amount is issued, but my refund amount is not get it, see my screenshot of transcation, pls give me refund back as soon as possible.And tell me how much time are taken to my refund amount already 9 days are gone...See my screenshot amazon are already done successfully but icici bank are not response. No any response pls help me ...its money is very important for me.boucz i m a student
