[Resolved] ICICI Bank — refund rs 10000 to account number[protected] | |||||
On sept 02, 2018 i have applied for a new savings account through bank website. During the process i have added 10, 000 inr to the new account. I have got the account number instantly i. E. –[protected] and branch opted was jaydev vihar, bhubaneshwar, odisha. However, due to some personal reasons i no longer want to open a new savings account at icici bank. Bank staff have also contacted me regarding the same but i refused, and said i will opt for account later on as i was directed to create a new account where this above amount will be transferred. Current status : application closed, account not activated. (Attached image) Kindly request to refund the amount as soon as possible, bank website shows amount will be refunded within 15 days in case account is not activated.
