[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Rs 603 deducted from account | |||
Dear sir I was booking online train tickets on 25 july 2016 from irctc website. For booking i used icici account. But may be there was some problem then my transaction was failed. After that i booked my tickets from canara bank and that was successfull i got tickets confirmation too. But when i seen my icici account my 603 rs was deducted from icici account too. I called on icici helpline no. They told me don't worry your money will be back within 7 working days. I called back after 7 days and said to costomer care executive after 7 days my money still not back to me. Then executive called sen. Officer they told me wait some more time after that i called many but now they saying to me that transaction was successfull. Icici costomer care no. Is paid nomber. How many time i can call them for 603 rs. I also mail on costomer care mail id but still no responce. I want to know if that transaction was successfull witch i made on 25 july 2016 then where my tickets gone from that transaction. Whey icici not send me any ballance deduction alert that day.
