[Resolved] ICICI Bank — transaction failed but balance deducted | |||
Details of payment : Payment to icici - eazypay Paid for dr. A. P. J abdul kalam university 4th year exam fee. Fees payment done by pnb debit card. (7500/- rs.) Transaction id : [protected] Reference number - [protected]_[protected] Date : 27/11/2018 Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. On 27th november, 18 my account balance was deducted twice while making a payment for 4th year aktu examination fees of rs 7500 to through eazypay - icici gateway. In brief :- Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card then their server would be taking more time in redirecting. At last, after a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that"we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Please close the browser and revise your payment". But fees was not updated on the website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. Then, as per this website request, i went for payment again with the same credentials of my debit card and surprisingly, this time my payment was successful. After all that, i got a transaction alert from punjab national bank that my balance was deducted twice from my account. Now, my question is that why did my balance deduct for 1st time despite the fact that the payment done by me at that time was failed?? This means payment is done two times. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I also made a complaint to the pnb bank and the response was delayed. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I have an account in ICICI. They have debited amount of Rs300 as Dcard fee. I did not activate any such scheme. Please help where should I complain.

But I now due to that I am not able to use my salary account in ICICI bank. And I don't have any bank details regarding that account and I am not able to use Google pay. As I am having only last 4 digit of account number.
