ICICI Bank — unauthorised transaction | |||
I have a Saving account in your bank for more than 15 year in your bank the account no is[protected] .So far I not made any complaint about your service. On 14th july 2017 Rs 7200 was debited in my account without my knowledge it was debited through online via PAY TM.AS per Bank Terms & condition for any online transaction OTP send to Registered mobile no after confirmation OTP than only amount is debited in a account . When amount was debited they send SMS alert to customer. I my cased not received SMS as well as mail communication from your bank Verynext day that is on On 15th I contact your phone banking officer for my query he raise service request Ref sr[protected] he said that problem will be resolved after getting confirmation from PAYTM than only amount credited in your account. I am totally disappointed the way your answered than I send Email to your customer care office Mr. Bhojgunda Krishna his statement is your online transition was successful with pay TM if its failed the amount will be revised and credited in your account within 7days. Again I made complaint to level 4 customer care officer Mr. santhosh he replied that transaction done through your debit card bank not responsible for your claim and OTP not mandatory if amount is debited via debit card . As per guide line of RBI the SMS alert and mail communication is must for any online transaction .More over fund was transferred via PAY TM don’t have any Paytm account how the fund was transfer without pay tm ID the transaction was done at Bangalore but I am at chennai during transaction .
