Why ICICI bank is not accepting Aadhar and Pan cards to correct spelling mistakes in my account, they ask for extra documents such as a driving license and voter id. In 2011, ICICI bank opened my salary account on basis of a PAN card even though there was a spelling mistake. Recently I corrected my pan card. When last month I approached them, they are saying along with Aadhar and Pan cards, I should also produce a driving license. Shame on ICICI for making such a nonsense policy Was this information helpful? | |
