[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — without any confirmation transaction done twice

I have booked 3 move ticket from BookMyShow of cost Rs 483.18 through UPI but from my icici bank account this payment done twice. Same verified from BookMyShow and observed that they have received only one time payment of Rs 483.18. Now bank told that BookMyShow received twice payment.

I tried recharging my mobile balance online through ICICI internet banking on 16/12/2018, the balance(Rs. 399) has been decucted from account however my mobile is not recharged yet. Kindly look in this.my mobile number:[protected]

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.
