Subject: request for redemption of my icici limited tax saving bond-032001-tsb-one

Dear sir / madam,

I had purchased icici limited tax saving bond-032001-tsb-one, bearing bond holder no.[protected]Certificate no. 289775) - four nos. Having distinctive nos.[protected]. These were allotted to me on 26.04.2001.

I noticed recently by looking at my records that i missed to have those redeemed inadvertently when those were due for redemption on 26.04.2004.

Now, i need to have those bonds redeemed. Therefore, i am writing to your office.

As i have been advised, please find attached following documents for processing the redemption of said bonds.

1. Copy of bond certificate
2. Copy of my aadhaar card
3. Copy of my pan card

Please note that there is no change my address.
