Sir I have received my policy Policy wholder: mallika. P. Policy name: icici pru life time classic Policy number : 21315122 Name of icici branch :panruti-607106 Reciptno: g6586801 Date of receipt : aug 23, 2017 The date of birth in my policy was wrong which was 15/05/1959 While my original date of birth is 15/05/1957 my pan card and aadhaar Card was given for my opening policy I have reported my advisor on september 2017 Again pancard and aadhaar card was given for correcting my dob But still date i can't my updating for my dob Was this information helpful? | |||
