hell here i m using idea cellular post paid connection since last 14 years. and since last two months i m harrased by idea cellular company. they r charged me unnecessary bill since last two month on the name of mobile data which i have not used at all. one time they waived off but still its tax is not returned to me as well they charged second time almost double bill approx 2800/- apart from that 2158/- plus 250/- tax unncessarily. i m extremilty harrased by this company. so kindly advise me what i should do. my idea no. is [protected]

    sir I am using idea prepaid no [protected] for 2 years .on january 31, 2015 my sim was blocked without notice, on the is saturday, sunday is holiday .monday i was approched customer care and submited my documents for geting new sim by paying Rs 150 at rajam in srikakulam district andhrapradesh.i got new sim on the same day. 5th feb suprisingly i received 4 messages from HDFC BANK stating that you have done 4 online trangactions Rs 279379 which were converted into IMI 's for 24 months . i shocked and called our customer care, they told that, they gave some information on my phone .my sim was blocked on 31.01.2015, issued duplicate sim at maheswaram near hyderabad . without my knowledge how can you issue duplicate sim .i think some your employees may be involved in this big fraud, with the assistance of strangers. so, in my opinion some your employees and strangers are causes of my loss RS 279379. and they causes i was hospitalised and faced so many problem regarding mental and financial. so, kindly, investigate and do the justice, if not i am ready to go to consumer court thanking you . with regards CH SWAMINAIDU

        We have changed our service provider from Airtel to Idea 1 and half months back. We have paid one month bill to Idea also. The numbers are [protected], [protected] (postpaid numbers). But, today Idea blocked outgoing calls for both the numbers which belongs to my wife. Today morning, Idea has sent a message that, we need to pay INR 466 to Airtel to release outgoing calls. Normally, when we move from one service provider to another service provider, rules will allow to change only if we pay pending payments. Then, how come this happen. Kindly help us.

        In our telecon, you have not given proper reason for why you have stopped our outgoing service suddenly (within 30 minutes) to both the numbers without giving proper time. And also to which number we need to pay INR 466. Because, we have moved 2 numbers ([protected] and [protected]) from Airtel to Idea. You have also not explained properly why this happened after 1 and half of months from moving Airtel to Idea. Because, only when we pay the pending amount, we can able to move from one service provider to another.
        Also would like to know, to which email ID we need to send the payment receipt, if we pay online to Airtel for the pending amount.

        Hi,

        I have tried to pay the pending payment today, Both Airtel's (Lakshmi Mills and Brooke Fields) branches are not accepting to receive our payment. Lakshmi Mills branch asks to come after 3 days and Brooke Fields branch says network problem and no idea when it will get solve. They are also saying that, we cannot pay via online. I have reported via customer complaint. But, even then there is no result.

        Kindly let us know how to solve this.

          विनर्म निवेदन यह है की मैं आईडिया कंपनी का एक कनेक्शन जिसका नंबर [protected] है, पिछले चार माह से प्रयोग कर रहा हूँ। मेरे दिसंबर माह के बिल मे रोमिंग चार्जेज 850 रुपया लगाकर भेज गए थे। परन्तु मुझे जब प्लान दिया गया था तब उसमे बताया गया था की आपके नंबर पर रोमिंग फ्री रहेगी। निरंतर बात करने के पश्चात आईडिया सेलुलर कंपनी के कलेक्शन डिपार्टमेंट ने मेरे बिल मे रहत का आश्वासन दिया। 10 अप्रैल 2015 को आईडिया सेलुलर कंपनी के कलेक्शन डिपार्टमेंट से मेरे पास पवन नाम के साक्ष का [protected] नंबर से कॉल आया और मुझे बताया की आपका बिल 2298.00 रुपये का जिसमे आईडिया कंपनी की तरफ से आपको 500 रुपया की छूट दी जा रही है, बाकी आपका नंबर जो दो माह से बंद है उसके भुगतान मे भी अगले बिल मे रहत मिल जाएगी। 1200.00 रुपया का भुगतान करना पड़ेगा और आपका नंबर सक्र्या हो जाएगा को 10 अप्रैल 2015 आपको लिए जिसके। रुपया का भुगतान कर दिया मैंने 1, 200.00 के तहत। जिसकी रसीद संख्या[protected] है, जो की जे। Ke। कम्युनिक। Ke न, शॉप नो। 4, ग। एफ। नीलखंड अपार्टमेंट, मोदी कॉन्टिनेंटल होटल के पास, ग़ज़िआबाद मे Hai। उसके बाद से उन्होंने कॉल उठाना बंद कर दिया और नंबर सक्रिय भी नहीं हुआ। अतः आपसे विनर्म निवेदन यह है की इस पक्ष मे सहायता करने की कृपा करें। प्रार्थी दिव्या निधि पाण्डेय ग़ज़िआबाद मब। नो। [protected]

            I was using Aircel prepaid connection([protected]). Then i got some network error, so I made a request to idea for MNP in prepaid. They provide me a new SIM regarding this but at the time of number activation, the activator person said that it is a POSTPAID connection, I told him that don't activate my number and I also contact in idea center & also in customer care for the problem. They didn't help me regarding wrong MNP. So I drop my number. Thus I'm not using my number [protected] as it is not activated. So why they send me the bill of this number?

            I tried to pay bill for inactive num in idea.but this is cld not complete.cld u plz provide the details about how can I complete this payment

              This is regarding recent bill (Bill No. [protected]; Bill Period : 04-Mar-2015 to 03-Apr-2015) generated for one of my Idea Postpaid number 88XXXXXX35.I've been charged excessively for the Data usage beyond the plan limit of 512 MB. I agree with the calculations but would like to bring to your notice that this huge bill amount is a result of incorrect information furnished by Idea Customer Care Executive (referred as CCE in further part of the mail). When I realized that I've crossed the plan data limit (512 MB), I called Idea Customer Care on 26th March (around 9am; from another No. 96XXXXXX96) to understand a better option so as to have a minimum impact on my bill. I was told about the Data Booster Packs with an information that this pack can be activated any time before the bill generation date based on the data consumed. I explicitly asked CCE that is it going to be the same if I get this, may be, 1 day before the bill generation date so that it will help me to select an appropriate plan based on data consumed above 512 MB limit. E.g. If Additional data consumed is less that 300MB, I'll go for 100 Rs (300 MB Pack) etc. Next day, on 27th March, I saw an advertisement of Idea in Times of India where these booster packs were marked with some validity. With an assumption that the CCE has furnished incorrect information on 26/03, I called Idea Customer Care again on 27th March (around 8:10 am; from No. 96XXXXXX96) knowing that I was given wrong information a day before. I straight away placed a request for activation of 100 Rs Booster Pack (300 MB data benefit). I asked CCE that I want to escalate this matter, he told this can happen only after bill generation. Since, these conversations are recorded, I want you to hear both the recordings (especially the one happened on 26/03, 9am) and give necessary adjustment to the generated bill. Please note that these calls were made from my Idea Postpaid No. 96XXXXXX96 and not from the affected no. 88XXXXXX35. I was very disappointed with this experience post my recent Port-in to Idea from Airtel and hope you will give some relief to me. In case of no action/benefit I'll be left with no option other than Porting out from Idea to another better vendor.

                    This happened 15 days back when I got a message from idea care to resubmit my documents within one day otherwise my sim would be blocked. I could not submit in the given time as I was busy in important work, so they blocked my sim. I went to the store on 27th march 2015 and asked about the matter, the representative Mr. Ravi said that your sim is closed and you have to wait till 2nd april for further details. I went again on 2nd april, he issued me a new sim card, took charge 25 rupees, took documents and promised me that my sim would be activated in 7 days. After 7 days I again called him, he ignored my calls, even put his phone switched off and finally told me that your sim could never be activated again. This was unexpected service as they kept me hanging till date and that number was important for me for professional purposes.

                      I have to disconnect my post paid idea sim card for which I have called Idea Customer Care no umpteen no of times. My no is [protected] it comes under UP Circle and I am currently staying in Patna. First they made me call at UP no [protected] then UP customer Care Executive asked me to call at Patna no [protected] this drama continued to happen 3 to 4 times. After so many calls made here and there finally Patna Customer Care Executive gave me the address where I was supposed to go and clear my unbilled amount. After going on the given address to add to my frustration I was told that the retail shop only is for prepaid no and not post paid no. On clarifying that I was given this address by Idea Customer Care the shopkeeper misbehaved and pushed me out of his shop. Following is the address of the Idea Retail shop - Raj Brothers, Boring Road, Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya College, Near Allankar Motors, Rajapur.I want a clarification from Idea on the incident that happened was it my fault that some random shopkeeper misbehaved with me. The Customer Care Executive at Patna has given me this address. After calling again at Patna Customer Care from that shop an executive told me that there is no seperate shop for prepaid and postpaid sim cards when I asked him to talk to the shopkeeper the execuive cut the call. On calling again some different executive named Ritu told me that the no is for prepaid and not for postpaid. And that too the no which I want to disconnect is o[censored]P so Bihar executives cant do anything and asked me to call again at [protected]. I don't know the name of the lady who picked up the call but showed patience and finally initited the process.My complaint to Idea is give proper training to your executives. I might not be the only customer who had this bitter experience from your service. You can verify from all the call records made to your Customer Care no from my no [protected] and you youself will understand how your customer care executives are giving misinformation and how their retail shop (the above mentioned address of Raj Brothers) is mistreating your customers. Except for the lady executive in UP customer care no one else was of any help what they did was misguidance and misinformation. I have been using postpaid connection of Airtel and Vodafone. For the first time i used Idea and the kind of service I received was simply pathetic. Until and unless you won't provide proper training to your customer care executive you will never be able to get back customers like me who are more than happy with Vodafone and Airtel Service. Learn from their L&D programs provide cross trainings and also stop giving license to any random shop like Raj Brothers who dont value customer. Instead of making ads like IIN and No Ullu Banoying if you would have focussed on these basic things I would have happily continued using Idea.

                        Sir I get a sms from idea related to use of my idea number [protected]. so I call customer care to clear my doubts where mr shubham attend my call.when ask him about the message first of all they said my number is from west bengal and I have to call in that Zone.so I asked what are saying? he said it was technical problem. After this I asked about that message which says if I dont make call then they deduct Rs 20 from my balance. so his answer is that if you don't do that then you have to pay for it. then I again ask him but why I should do that? he says because you get that message . I asked what is the reason to do that reason . he said if you don't do that then your service will we stopped so if you want to continue you should make that recharge. I told him that now I am in roaming so I dont make call by it but I use inter net on this number. he said you have to make the recharge. then I asked him to transfer my call to any one your senior who tell me the reason of this recharge. his answer is that it is not possible to do that and if you want to continue your service then you have to make this recharge. so sir I request you to take some action or give some training to your employees for services. I want fast reply on this mail.

                          Hello, Greeting for the day! I am Sahil Sharma from Delhi, i have ported my number (+91 [protected]) from Vodafone to Idea for a corporate plan (499 with 2GB 3G data) as offered by an executive (Kirti #[protected]). I deposited my all documents for the same but they activated a different plan (Power 499_Del). When I complained to change my plan, they requested to wait for 24 HRS. But, now its 72 HRS and my plan is not changed. i did almost 20 calls to 3 different numbers (Kirti #[protected], Ritika #[protected], all Customer Care Numbers). Yesterday when i called to Kirti, She said - Sorry my senior forgot to change your plan, so wait till today night (again a lie). Now when I have tried to connect to Kirti, She disconnects my phone. Please do the needful and take some appropriate action against such irresponsible people. Thanks!

                                  I had a vodafone number [protected] which I requested to be ported to Idea. After submitting the request, a person by the name Sagar called me on 30th March 2015. He asked me to apply for a unique porting code, which I did promptly. Sagar said that he will send someone to my office to collect the documents. The person came and took the documents last week but did not give me a idea SIM card. My number has been ported yesterday night (8th April 2015), but I do not have a SIM card. Moreover, I don't even know which plan I have been given. My phone has stopped working and I need urgent help. I tried calling Sagar many times but he never takes my call. Sagar's number is [protected] The number of the person who came to collect my documents is [protected] I want some action taken against such irresponsible people.

After some days of procces u people told that we dont have that offer and we will provide 249 offer. This is not good service by u r service executives.
