I got Mobilr connection from Idea Cellular Company under Portability Scheme (Mobile No. [protected] ).
A cheque for Rs. 300/- was collected by your Authorised Channel Partner, as Security Deposit. who retained the amount with them and never forwarded to Idea Company.
There is no record of my Security Deposit in the Company Record
Several repeated requests and reminders were sent to Customer care centre of Idea, but no action is being taken by the them. They just do not bother to ask their Channel Partner
Further, I sent them (1) Scanned copy of the Receipt issued by your Channel Partner and (2) Scanned copy of my Bank statement which reflects that the cheque has been paid out from my account.
Following is the details for your kind perusal please:
Security Deposit of Rs.300/- vide Cheque No. 549662 dated[protected] drawn Canara Bank, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018 and the said cheque was paid out on[protected].
The Security Deposit was in respect of Mobile No[protected], which I got under Portability Scheme from Your franchise/Agent Name is SOLITAIR DEBT MANAGEMENT, 70/1/1, MANGOL PUR KALAN, MATBLE MARKET,
NEW DELHI-110085 Mobile No. [protected]
I would like to add, It is not a question of loosing Rs.300/- This is cheating by your Channel Partner. If you do not recover the said amount from them, tomorrow they will cheat other customers.
