This is in reference to the issues that we have been facing with Idea Cellular since a year. We would want to bring to your notice, that Sahiba Ltd. has been one of the prestigious client for Idea since its inception in Gujarat. We have around 250+ connections with Idea in Gujarat and around 50 connections in Maharashtra circle, which is growing exponentially with each passing month. And after giving such good business to the company, we have been charged wrong amounts quite often, which have been agreed by Idea's designated PR to Sahiba, "Mr. Jigar Parmar", and he has always assured that he will get them reversed at the earliest, and has carried forward those amounts like forever. Also, we have been made subject to some unjustified billing as well, which we have been pressurized to pay. And above all this, the executives, Mr. Jigar Parmar, Mr. Bhavin Mehta, and Mr. Rajesh Dhawan have the audacity to give us a warning to say either pay this or we will discontinue the services, and this has not happened once or twice, but quite often on calls and mails too. We did escalate the matter of this behavior of the executives to seniors, and then they again came for a meeting, wherein Mr. Dharmendra Brahmbhatt agreed that Mr. Bhavin's behavior and attitude towards the company has been wrong and asked for an apology, convincing us to stay with idea and not migrate. Since, then we have been asking for the letter of apology from Idea, not once, twice or thrice, but numerous times on mail as well on calls, and each time Mr. Brahmbhatt assured saying, I will get it done, and that mail has never come. And adding to it, we receive an outstanding message to each of my numbers, asking them to clear the dues, stating "please pay immediately to enjoy uninterrupted services". I do not understand what kind of work culture do you promote at the organization. When such a practice, has never been done before in Idea why now. And on discussing this with Mr.Dharmendra on who got this done, he bluntly says, I have got it done. This shows highest level discourtesy towards a client. This attitude of the company is just harassing us mentally and blackmailing us with top notch attitude of lack of regard towards its prestigious client.     Mera idea ka no. [protected] hai. Mene usme 1599 ka plan lagvaya tha phir jab vo bill mujhe jyada lagne lga tho mene us ka minimum plan karvaya lakin jab mera agla bill aya tho vo phir se 1599 ke hisab se aya. Mein idea office mein gya mein vha phir se kha ke aya plz iss bill ka kuch karo unhone kha aap is baar bhar do mene mna kar diydiya hor kha plz iska min. Plan kar do agle mahine vo bill phir se double ho kar aa gya. Plz mera usage na hone ke karan bhi itna bill. Plz help me to start my no.

      I recharged on the 3G data pack regarding "special 3G offers for you" on RS.124- 1GB. I recharged for RS.124 twice on the same day to get 2GB of data and I also received the corresponding messages twice on recharge. I am now used up to 1GB data and they have deducted my main balance of RS.36. I contacted the customer care but they did not provide me any prior information. They said you can only use that offer once, how many times you recharge on that offer you will be provided only once o[censored]se, there is no carry forward. So what is the use of recharging on that pack? I got cheated by the Idea Cellular network, I need a proper information about my main balance deduction and loss of RS.124. Atleast, provide me that recharge amount as my main account balance instead of data balance. I am in total loss because of your network. I got my money wasted and cheated on believing your network. Poor service. My Idea no is.[protected]. If you cant provide such offers then please dont cheat people. I have attached the screenshots please check it.

          Hi I'm using idea number [protected]. I am neither able to make calls nor receive although I recharged my number with 10 rupees. Please tell me what to do.
          I have recharged with 45 ruppees. Still my outgoing is not working. Worst network. The idea advertising is coming when i call customer care . I am unable to talk with a customer service executive because there is no option for it.

          I recharged for 599rs unlimited pack 2 days before.. Today Internet working. but incoming and outgoing call not going. Having main balance 15rs. What's the problem?

              Dear All, I am using IDEA GSM service on [protected]. I have put request for DATA pack removal in Month of Jan, 2015 which is not processed properly and when I saw Jan bill, I see other discrepancy in bill as well So I discussed the issue in detail with senior executive and asked me to raise concern again for data pack removal and billing discrepancy; he has ensured me it will be corrected or in any case if there is any error you can inform us after Fen Bill generation. Request Id: C1-[protected] Request Id: C1-[protected] I checked with customer care executive now and informed about same error in Feb Bill; he told, it is correct and can not modified. First I have asked for pack removal before next billing period but Idea executive did not processed. it has communicated again on Feb, 2 and I was told by senior executive that it will be deducted, internet was not being used meanwhile. I have mentioned record id to trace conversation. Second, if I go in more deep then I have asked to activate 1GB only, Idea people has activated for 2GB which has also verified during December conversation. Third, there was other billing discrepancy as well for which I raised concerns, has not addressed and answered to customer. Please look into this issue ..

I hv registered a complaint regarding network coverage but no action was taken by them.today again i registered a complaint but customer care executive was not in mood to resolve this issue.                       I recharged my no. [protected] on 24 march 2015 for data plan from their no *121# by pressing *121# -> 0 -> 10 -> 4 -> 1 () the offer was for 1 GB and they provided only 300MB against this. See the screen shot. now they are saying that it was only on VTOP.

                        Dear Sir, I'm using a Idea Prepaid Phone number:[protected] Yesterday on 24th March 2015 I got a message about the offer stating 200MB watsapp data/ Month on 37 Rs after the assurance of customer care executive to go ahead with recharge. But when I used Watsapp to message I noticed that the balance was deducting from my Main Balance instead of data pack. Now, when I'm trying to contact customer care it says all the customer care executive are busy. The Ideas customer care is not picking my number on purpose as when I tried from a different Idea Phone number it got connected but didn't answered to my query. One of my friend had the same incident with him two day back. which shows that the company is putting this offer as a trap to extort money from the customer. My motive here is to spread awareness about this fake offer thing that the idea company has started.

The amount was deducted from my bank a/c, but the bill remain unpaid as the transaction could not be processed successfully.                               I have put request for MNP on dt 16/03/2015 reference UPC code IZ125763 for my Mob no- [protected] But why same has been declined by IDEA team?? One executive was trying to call me on 16/03/15 evening, but she disconnect the phone without asking me details & didn't call back again. It is the against of TRAI rules. Again i have put one more request on dt 24/03/15 with same UPC code.

                                I have brought SPICE sim card bearing no.[protected] last 7 or 8 years back my plan was 20 paise for spice to spice and 40 paise for other phone. After SPICE campany change to IDEA my plan was almost same for last few months suddenly they change my plan to 30 paise for IDEA TO IDEA and 50 paise for other net work mobile without giving me any notice when I asked me they told me that my sim is DEMO Sim how can it is I have used the sim for nearly 7 to 8 years and recently I paid 155/ for 3 G internet connection for one month after 3 days they deducted my 500 MB with out using internet when I asked they told me that you have used the internet how can it is possible if I have down loaded any thing it should be in my mobile with that how can it possible please help me solve this problem with my company.                                   I got a call from the number - [protected], [protected] stating that he is an idea cellular agent and have a post paid plan for me. Also they stated that I would need to take a new number. Over which I denied and sent their agent back. Again I got a call from the same number and a lady said that they would change the current idea post paid plan on my number i.e, [protected] and would the new plan would be of rs. 324 which will provide 600 minutes of local and std calls, 400 msgs and 1gb of 3G net. Again the agent returned and took rs. 150 and my Voter id and Aadhar card Xerox. After 3 days I got a confirmation call for a new number over which I clearly said that I haven't taken any new number rather wanted to change the plan that I have paid for. Now they are forcing me to take a new number or the money paid would not be returned. When I asked their names, they didn't say and cut the line and now they are not receiving the call.

                                  pls take a note on these kind of people who simply take money to make their incentives without caring about their idea customers.

                                    Hello Team, Please note that i am a Idea Postpaid user and my post paid mobile number is [protected]. I have stopped using the above mentioned number since from six months and I had previously asked Idea Customer care people to disconnect my post paid number as i was not at all satisfied with thier services. Later i was asked to pay my due bill amount of INR 610.76 on 24-Feb-2015, i tried to pay the due amount through online and faced website error always, So i mailed Mr Sendhil Kumar (sendhil.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com ) to arrange for payment pickup on 03-Mar-2014 and had no response for it. Friday, i recieved a Lok Adalat notice for payment of my due amount and i am totally frustrated of this as i was ready to pay the amount and still recieving the notice becouse of thier mistake / ignorance. on the email Mr Sendil Kumar has mentioned to contact him through his e-mail id or call Gayathri on [protected] for settling the dispute out of court. I have sent en number of mails from yesterday to Sendhil kumar stating that i am ready to settle this out of court and also called gayathri but she alwasys says that she is out of office and Mr sendhil kumar is not at all replying to my mails, This shows how they are least concerned about the consumers, i am mentally haraased by this. Kindly help me to resolve this issue as i am feeling ashamed on myself for choosing Idea Network. Kindly assist on priority. Regards, Raju.
                                    Atleast you are lucky, IDEA send lok adalat notices even after paying and settling the accounts, the case which has happened with me, Totally disgusting annoyed frustating service provider is IDEA..

                                      I am not able to talk to idea mp circle...idwawhen I called on idea toll free number. .. the executive there, suggested me to call on Idea mp circle no... but when i tried the no. Didn't get connected... kindly deactivate juice up service with immediate effect... Thanks & regards Abhishek kumar

                                        sir I have use (Mob No-[protected] ) this service since three years from 2011 to 1014 in meerut(UP), but end of the year (oct 2014) idea representative came in my office and offered me new postpaid connection (Mr Vikash Malik and Miss Seema) during discussion I have already told that I am posted from meerut cantt to jammu division.Therfore please show me best plan which we can use in roaming and this number also activate in other state. After keeping my view Mr vikash malik and seema offered me best free rental plan 75 (with package) in across the india, But month of Dec and Jan 2015 company send me bill alongwith roaming charge and also my number deactivated in month of Jan 2015, I have lodged the complain through customer care, but no concrete action have been taken by the company also tell me firstly you have deposit the bill, and your roaming charge approx 1900.00 will be adjusted in next month ei Feb 2015 and Mar 2015 but after month of feb 2015, company no any bill adjusted also my number again deactivated, I have already face the problem from de-activate the connection, I hereby requested that please check my requeste and case than adjusted my bill and activate the connection so that we can use this number( please call me at this number in future[protected]
