सर मेरा 18/4/2015 को इंटरनेट नही चल रहा था सुबह से। इस के लिए मैंने 198 पर कंप्लेंट भी की थी पर उसे से भी कोई फायदा नही हुआ। मेरा टॉक टाइम बैलेंस भी कम था। जब में थोड़ी देर बाद दुबारा 198 पर कंप्लेंट करने लगा तो कंप्यूटर ने बताया की 5 rs का लोन लेने के लिए 1 दबाइये। में 5rs का लोन लिए। जिस कारण मेरा 199 का उनलिमटेड पैक expire हो गया। जिस कारन मेरा 199 rs का नुकसान हो गया। सर प्लीज़ इस matter को देखो। नितिन कपूर

    Dear sir/Madam I have been regular in clearing all my dues every month but suddenly my network got disconnected due to Unbilled amount which crossed the credit limit of Rs.1400/- It would have been fine if the network operator would have produced the exact bill showing all the exceeded usage by my number as the amount shown is Rs. 1806/- which is not a small amount. Till march i have cleared all my bills and in April I'm sure that I didnt made any outgoing call neither an incoming. Please consider this as my request and do the needful. My Idea no: [protected]

      R . I recharge 269 rs.3g 1.5gb internet pack on ivr system but company gave me 245 rs 1gb regular pack. So I didn't get offer benefit.company officer not understand that. Company cheated me. Recharge date 9/4/15 time 23:14. I call 1212 number in idea. 269rs. 1.5gb offer on my number so I press 1 and activate but company activated 245rs. Regular pack. That's the pproblem but 10 day go company not give me benefit.

                Hi, I have tried to get info regarding my online offer activation showing in my web account. I called at 2:10 PM on 18-Apr-2015 from mobile [protected]. After 5 minute conversation she is not able to answer my query and, she don't want to listen what I am asking, just giving repetitive answer without understanding the question.Such behavior is very ridicules from a such big company. I am thinking I need to choose another operator after such kind of behavior from CC. if Idea can not maintain customer relation in good manner while end user even payed for that call there are no point to continue services from such company.                   Hi, I am using this no [protected] from last 8 year and i requested a complain for deactivate my blackberry plan and change bill plan for which i requesting to idea care since 31st march but daily i got a call from customer care your problem will sort out by 1-2 working days but still its not sort out. And they are just wasting my time and money. Please advise if you can change my bill plan by today or i think to discontinue my service from idea network and think for some other service provider.                     Respected Sir/Madam, I have an Idea postpaid no. [protected]. On 27th Oct. 14 at 6:18 pm I got a sms from Idea that some 3G plan has been activated on my number as I had not made any request I called their customer care immediately at 6:21 pm. The customer care executive told me that I had gone to their My Idea Showroom and requested for the plan I argued that how is it possible. He said if you have used 3G you would be charged for whole plan that is Rs. 250. I argued why I am being burdened with something I have not used nor requested but he said I cannot do anything you would be charged. I thought whatever they will charge would be seen later I should place request for stopping 3G service immediately so my request was processed at 6:38 pm(confirmation sms) for stopping 3G. The next day when I was checking my unbilled usage I noticed that I have been charged around Rs. 1100 for three minutes o[censored]sage of 3G. Even the customer care executive confirmed that( recorded voice calls attached). I requested the executive that I have been charged too large a amount for something which I had not even requested so please lodge my complaint that someone has gone to your showroom and made such request on my behalf so that some investigation could be done but he said that you wait for bill to be invoiced than we lodge complaint. What does that mean untill than I should live in fear of paying such an amount and stop using my gprs which could generate amount in thousands of rupees in 3 minutes I fear what could they have charged if I had not called for hours. Now everytime I use my gprs I fear what could they charge and change my plans without sms and I switch off my gprs immediately if I am not using it. These cellular companies like idea are ruthless killers in future people will commit suicide because they would not be able pay such exorbitant bill amounts generated by these companies. They activate random services by themselves and than allege that you had gone to our showroom when everyone knows that such requests can be made over the phone or online which are recorded and cannot be denied. Why should not the complaint be registered when I am saying that I had not visited your showroom either I am at fault and I should be dealt with legally or otherwise you are trying to make a steal of customer money and people responsible should be booked. I know if some poor person like me would have been caught under such mysterious circumstances stealing or making such economical offences he would have been put behind bars but no action is taken against representatives of such company because they are rich not even a mere inquire is put up. TRAI is such an agency which has to take action against such companies but it is hardly heard that some action was taken against these companies but it is only the customer who has to suffer. If no action is taken I request every customer who has suffered such losses to put all the proofs online so that other customer can see like I am putting the call recordings with customer care executive and screenshots of sms received. If customers get united and fight together no telecom company would be able to steal our money. I request other consumers and readers to suggest legal battle and how to proceed further.                         I am Gopi and my number - [protected]. I have been using Idea post paid services for 6 months and have been happy with their service till I activated booster pack 3G 300MB of monthly rental Rs. 100 on April 9, 2015. In a week, I received a message that my unbilled usage (Rs. 952) was exceeded the credit limit of Rs. 900 and have to pay the bill to avoid restriction of services. I had around 25 MB unused 3G data though. I reached out Idea customer care to know about unbilled usage and the customer care guy replied me that usually they had no information regarding customers unbilled usage till the monthly bill generated and could not help me out from this. Also I rechecked with him if I were caught with any other services unknowingly/mistakenly. He clearly told me that there was no other service activations except 3G 300 MB booster pack. I deactivated this 3G booster pack on 16th April, 2015 after my unsed 3G data reached 0.5 MB. Again, I received a message that my unbilled usage was Rs. 1258 and asked me to pay. My calls and message usages were not exceeded the monthly plan I chosen. Can Idea Cellular explain me how far it is justifiable asking me to pay, for which your customer care failed to provide the unbilled usage details, to avoid the restriction of services? I am going to entertain your unbilled usage amount till you give a proper explanation(without huge hidden charges). So, please help me out at your earliest. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

                                I have been using an idea no(below are the details)for a long time, however last year I dint use the number for1-2 months and forgot to pay the bill amount..Idea customer care called me to clear my dues... I went to Idea showroom and cleared all my dues and told them that I will continue using my no. My sim stopped working therefore went to idea showroom for new sim issuance.. the new sim was issued but it dint work... I again went to Idea showroon(Naraina branch), they again reissued a new sim and charged me 200 Rs. It also dint work I again went to the showroom and they reissued another sim and again it dint work(they again charged me200 Rs.) now Idea people called me and said that my no. is disconnected and I have to repurchase my own no for Rs. 5000. why should I buy my own number despite clearing all the dues and paying twice for the sim reactivation...                                   I had purchased a new Idea postpaid number on[protected]. I had paid Rs 300 and also provided my documents along with the signed application form on the same day. The person told me that a verification will be conducted and thereafter my mobile number will be activated. The verification was conducted on[protected] but no confirmation message was given to me whether the verification was positive or not. Thereafter I visited the Idea store and they told me that I have been given a wrong sim card. There after on 16 April 2015 a message on my other mobile number was given to me that my request has been cancelled for the new number. Now neither my mobile number is being activated nor my funds are being given back to me. My Idea Mobile Number is [protected] and sim number is[protected].                                     sir, I am your new customer number [protected] The following are the problem with your connection 1. While registering the above number in your site it says that it is corporate number register it in corporate portal 2. I recharged this number with Rs.45/- no display in my balance there fore I transferred Rs.34 from my account, your customer care people said that the earlier recharge will automatically elapsed how sir I am not using single internet KB 3.After that I have recharged Rs.30 that amount also gone showing zero balance 4.I am not able to contact your customer care people also since my balance is zero I dont like to recharge further kindly resolve the above problems Thanking yours Truly T.Durairaj

                                      This is to bring to everyone’s notice that illegal practices being used by Idea Cellular Limited, India to recover the dues from customers. It is observed that Idea Cellular Limited representatives are pretending to be “Information Officers” from “Delhi Court” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments. In my case I had Idea connection and disconnected it within a month time of purchase as I was not happy with the service and the service request raised for technical issue was not addressed at all by Idea Bangalore. I had paid the first month bill in advance, but even after giving a disconnection request I got next month bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice. The Information Officer Nidhi (as per call) called me from cell no-[protected] and told me that Delhi Court has a case received against me and I need to talk to the lawyer who has filed the case. I was given a contact number of Adv Vikram Rana and asked contact him within 10 minutes on failing to get back the she will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the net day for hearing. He will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay them the settlement amount of Rs. 15000 (Fifteen Thousand Only). Its not only me who has fallen victim to these calls but there are many more people who are falling in their trap everyday. One of my friend is in Delhi court, when inquired with Delhi Court, I could not find any advocate named Vikram Rana working with them. Even the phone number from where I got the call does not belong to court. I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against Idea Cellular Limited officials involved if any. This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian Courts”and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to notice of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi

But From yesterday Me & My relative have been continue receiving calls from your Recovery agent no [protected] with name Riya. I am frequently receiving warning calls from company's autoriesed receovery agent . Not only this they are also calling to all my relatives & friends & using abusing language. Due to this very reason all my relatives & friends to whom they called up are very afraid in attending the calls. This is not good way to recovery. Kindly stop such types of calls. But your collection team abused my parents and my relatives. So who is responsible for it and who will apologize to my parents and relative. Pl confirm me about it."
                                        But no one is taking responsibility for it.
                                        If you will not take action against your collection team then I will to book complain against Idea Cellular Limited as company not only swap out call details but also misuse that details and abuse to relatives of clients.
