[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — New SIM not activated, Unable to contact 59059 from last 5 days

Such a bad service, I am also trying to activate my Idea number from 9 days. I have bought 2 new sim and still not activated and that is why I suggest people to not take service of Idea.
I have taken [protected] and [protected] numbers.
Please if someone can activate it, I would be blessed.

I have purchased idea 4G sim to upgrade my existing idea no. [protected]. It's been 4 days, the 4G sim has not been activated. The new 4G Sim packet bears the following details:
HLR: 02

IMSI: [protected]
Pkd on: 05 Dec 2016
Type: 4G upgrade SIM

Kindly activate the upgraded sim ASAP. I'm unable to receive any calls.

Hi i ported my number [protected] from vodafone postpaid to idea postpaid. But for activation i called two times to 59059 and told unavailable network .

and network coverage too poor.
plz suggest how to change provider at the moment? neither i will take a legal attempt.

Don't what to do.
Looks I took wrong decision of choosing idea.

I ported my no. from Idea Maharashtra Circle to Idea Mumbai Circle.

The idea service provider near to me told me that the new sim will get activated after 7 days. From last two days

the Idea network has gone from my sim and the new one still not activated. This is my only no. of contact . Can

someone suggests me the alternate procedure of activation of the SIM.

It's very easy, you have to just call 59059 from your new idea number only. They will ask you some questions regarding address and name confirmation, then you have to restart your phone after 15 min and you can enjoy the services very easily.

I port my number from reliance to idea number [protected] .. in reliance my postpaid plan is RS 299 in which local and national call are free, roaming also free and 1 GB 4 G data and unlimited sms ... when I visit idea store in indore (M.P) at Sayaji plaza, Vijay Nagar, the representative of Idea said to me .. we have same plan as reliance that is 299 rental with unlimited calling free, 1GB data and sms free . that’s why I port from reliance to idea .. my number Activated on 11.10.2017 .. when i talk with idea custmer care representative .. they said my plan is 349 rental, local and national calling free .. roming outgoing charges applicable .. and sms charges is 25 Paisa .. this is totally disgusting idea employee making fool to customer .. making fake promises ... I just started idea and have such experience . I wonder in future what kind of service will idea provide ... I regret my decision to port from reliance to idea

My no. [protected] is not getting activated after porting. Calling 59059 is not helping as the col doesnt get connected. Kindly pay attention as now this is getting on my nerves.
It would have been better if i would have chosen another network

I have ported my reliance number to Idea number. When I connect to 59059 for sim activation, Call gets disconnected automatically. My number is [protected]. Pleas take it into consideration and help me out for activation.
