[Resolved] Idea Cellular — New SIM not activated, Unable to contact 59059 from last 5 days

Hi Idea,
I have bought new idea SIM [protected] on 20 June 2014 and in evening I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .From that time till date I am trying 59059 but it is not connecting .

When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059 .I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help .

I am every day getting SMS on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting .Pls provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected].

My alternate number is [protected].

I think buying idea was worst decision .

No action taken by company only after 10 days it was activated however they promise to active in 2 days .So as usual consumer suffered.

Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

just ported from airtel postpaid to idea prepaid. Tried calling for verifcation 59059 and got a msg this number does not exist. Help! I have also recharged with the 199 plan and its does not show up when i dial *125#

I have purchased idea sim card on 17th Feb but I don't get network till now nd wen I call customer care they r telling to call 59059but I couldnt make call as there is no signal nd they r unable to solve the issue its very disappointing

I ported my jio sim to idea on 31 july 2020 and today 6th August 2020, still not ported my number and received message on my alternate number that call 59059 to activate my number.
Still idea sim shows no network. My number which i applied for port is [protected] still not ported to idea and they message me it takes 2 days to activate on 31st july 2020. My alternate number [protected].
