Idea Cellular — Outgoing calls and data service | |||
My mobile number '[protected]' and account number with airtel was '[protected]', against which the payment has been done. payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' three days back. My same ported number with Idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last three days. I have informed at idea customer care 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet. Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint. If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from Idea. My number is [protected], i had port my number from airtel post paid to idea prepaid, My number service has been put on temporary hold, i paid all dues and also sent the mail to mail id [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and also to campaign.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com with receipts and also i showed the proof to idea store and concern person from idea store also sent the mail to resume service on my number
Continuously from 3 days i am following on call and on mail, but still there is no response from any end
If you dont want to provide service then i will port my number again from idea to airtel
