Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ranjit Dhumal. [protected] is my idea postpaid number and suddenly without any request from me, my SIM has been converted to prepaid and I was not intimated priorly by the company.Even the SIM is not working since 7th April 2015. I have contacted the Idea care, Saswad.I visited the SIM provider. I have called Idea customer care repeatedly but got no response. My problem is not solved even after 8 days of suffering. I want company to solve my problem today itself otherwise I will change the provider because I cannot take this inconvenience anymore. Awaiting a positive response soon.     Hi Sir/Mam, This is to bring to you your notice that I am Aadithya Nirmal, ph. no. +91-[protected], a privileged IDEA customer for the last 2 years in Pune. I would like to file a complaint through this mail against the bill generated on 15th April 2015. I am using the MH privilege 375 plan, which enables me to use 1 GB o[censored]nlimited 3G data (FUP 1GB). On 18th March, on completion of my 3G data, I got a message from IDEA offering me the booster plan, which granted me a further 300 mb of 3G data for 100 Rs. So, I activated the ACT3GM100 plan, which should have enabled me to a further 300 mb of 3G data usage at a further Rs. 100. So, I expected the plan to go back to the earlier plan o[censored]nlimited data (which was present before the booster plan), on completion of the 300 mb of data. However, on completion of the booster plan, the internet plan did not go back to the earlier plan o[censored]nlimited 3G, and I was charged at the basic rate i.e. 4paise/10 kb. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of billing from your side, as I have received a bill of Rs. 6248.59, when in reality the bill shouldn't have crossed Rs. 1500. I was also not informed by message or by call stating that my plan has been changed and I would be charged as per the basic rate, when I had taken the booster. I have communicated the issue to the customer care department as well and they have said that this is a genuine case of bill exceeding the usage and have asked me to file a complaint against this issue. I hereby request you to recalculate the bill as per the previous plan o[censored]nlimited data usage, which should have come into play at the end of the booster plan. I along with my entire family have been a loyal customer with IDEA for the last several years, and this incident of excessive billing has been a complete breach of trust. I am very disheartened after this incident and am seriously considering shifting for my entire family to other service providers if the current bill isn't generated properly.         I recharged with 24 rupees from my mobile balance account. But as technical problem of Idea Cellular Phone, rupees have been cut 2 times in just 3 seconds. I complained in Idea but they answered me that the recharge process had been done bye me both 2 times. Really I recharged only 1 time. It is not possible to recharge 2 times in 3 seconds by myself.           Hello there, i was charged with bill of Rs. 477.08 for unnecessarily charges for 2g usage which wasnt even 200mb, my phone number is [protected], i only got this plan because it has good benefits under 249, if im getting charged without reason i would like to disconnect my number Please rectify this issue and reduce my bill to original terms n conditions with free 2g usage

                    I upgraded had free 2G for some time. Yesterday, I upgraded to 3G and since than my internet is not working on the phone. I tried calling the 198 number and spoke to one very intelligent executive who not only did not resolve the problem but also did not make me talk to the supervisor and later very shamelessly hung up on me. I called again and spoke to another agent who was a class apart and did not even listen to me and said there is a technical problem and we can not help. After asking for manager he somehow gave me someone, who did not at all sounded like supervisor, unless the quality of supervisor in Idea is this great, tried to listen to me and after wasting some time he also very shamelessly hung up. GREAT GREAT GREAT PATHETIC SERVICE FROM IDEA.

                        My mobile number '[protected]' and account number with airtel was '[protected]', against which the payment has been done. payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' three days back.
                        My same ported number with Idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last three days. I have informed at idea customer care 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet.
                        Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint.
                        If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from Idea.

                        My number is [protected], i had port my number from airtel post paid to idea prepaid, My number service has been put on temporary hold, i paid all dues and also sent the mail to mail id [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and also to campaign.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com with receipts and also i showed the proof to idea store and concern person from idea store also sent the mail to resume service on my number

                        Continuously from 3 days i am following on call and on mail, but still there is no response from any end

                        If you dont want to provide service then i will port my number again from idea to airtel

                          Hi, I have a postpaid connection with idea since more than 10 months. I decided to go for prepaid so on this Saturday I went idea Hyderabad head office and put request.As part of process I paid all the postpaid pending amount Rs.520 . the idea person gave me the prepaid SIM & told me the service will be deactivated for 4days. But service is not deactivated till now. When I call customer care, they are telling me to clear bill from 11/04 to till date then only n top this service will be disconnected. This people are clearly cheating with customers. I'm expecting fare service from idea. Kindly do the justice. Regards, Lakshminarayana

                            I have converted my Idea prepaid to Idea postpaid. My prepaid balance was around[protected]Rs.While converting Idea agent told me that I will get my prepaid balance converted in postpaid once I complete 3 months. Agent also cheated me with postpaid plan. At the time of submitting form he told me different plan & I got different plan when my postpaid card got activated. Me & my wife’s card converted to same unknown plan. He also took 300rs each for activation of my card & said I will get 100rs deducted from my Idea bill for three months. That too didn’t happen. So that agent ate my 600Rs. & gave me wrong postpaid plan. When I complained to his boss about wrong plan when bill generated for first month he said agent who sent you SMS details of Postpaid plan was new employee and told me that he will return my 600Rs. Then he stopped receiving my calls. Then I converted my Postpaid plan to corporate plan but my wife’s Postpaid plan is same. Its more than 6-7 months but still my prepaid balance is not credited to my postpaid account. I contacted my nearest Idea Care Center on 17th Jan 2015 and customer care executive gave me address of Idea agent & told me that I will get call from customer service for prepaid balance issue. I have not received call till today & they also have closed my complaint. Please help me in this matter. Agent details, Employee who gave me wrong details.                               Dear Sir: I am a customer for idea Cellular Prepaid (+91 [protected] in Tamilnadu, I have connecting problem in GPRS last 15 days, I able to access the Internet while I am in Idea signal Range, but I am unable to Access the Internet while I am in Vodafone Roaming Range. I am try to give my complaint about this case to Customer care via 198. I am explain clearly to one of the Team Leader Mr. Antony Arun, but he take a complaint wrongly on 11.4.15 alone with the complaint number 1-[protected], So that the complaint foreclosed today afternoon 3.31PM by T.Prabhu.                                   Dear sir I am swaminaidu challa using idea cellular prepaid connection vide no [protected]. on 31.01.2015 suddenly my sim was stopped working, that day is saturday.I approached customer care on monday in visakhapatnam, i got duplicate sim by submitting my id card . Surprisingly on 5th February 2015 i received message from HDFC BANK stating that your card was used at flip cart Rs 279379 which will be converted into EMI"s (4 transactions was done ).again i approached bank and asked about my transactions how it was happened without generating OTP .He told me that we were send OTP to your registered mobile . After that i was enquired and know that duplicate sim was issued at MAHESWARAM near Hyderabad on the day my sim blocked (31.01.2015), HOW it is possible, some of employees of IDEA CELLULAR are involved in the scam .I was shocked and hospitalised . so kindly enquire and do the justice thanking yours faithfully CH.SWAMINAIDU VISAKHAPATNAM AIRPORT cell no .[protected]

                                      Idea postpaid is stupid people. They jus don't want to give connections to us. My application was rejected for no reason! I waited for 20 days. And then I come to know. that's why I am portiNg tO airtel. Its has really good post paid. So people don't waste your time on idea anymore.

                                        Hi, My Idea Ac #[protected], had send queries regrading explanation on my bill of March-15, As I had advanced XXXX amount for the bill. Same was not reflected on my bill. Also being a postpaid user I had requested 3 x Times to customer care for activation of internet pack, As per CC same could be done from their end without any SMS activation. They had verbally confirmed me thrice that the plan has been activated. End of the month you guys had given surprise on the bill. Also queries on the same was never entertained.
