Deduction of Rs. 56/- from my ideea prepaid account [protected] on dated 29/04/15 without any reason. when I call in customer care they said that the deduction of Rs. 56/- is for Internet usage.       Sir, I have recharged my balance at that time 84 minutes are in balance. While making recharge the balance minutes were cut down and new recharge balance come in existence. Now I am not claiming for carry forward but at least up to validity period it is my privilege to use it. Sir, complain lodge on 28th april and call center staff has assured the issue will resolved in 24 hrs (Employee Name Nidhi).Till date no action has been taken.Kindly do needful.I appreciate co-operation from good company.         my idea calling services has been barred without any prior information. when i made contact to know why it happened they tol me that i owe some money to vodafone (my previous service provider).to conferm that i have cleared my all dues i have mailed his one copy payment reciept..its been 24 hr but they didnt resumed my services..bcz of thier coordination gap i am facing this problem..

          The company sent special benefit recharge message on 27 / 04 / 2015 that if I recharge with rs191 I will get 1 gb mobile data for 30 days but after recharge I got the validity of 21 days. On talking to the customer service representative I was told that the company has not sent such message so do whatever you want.

            I am getting bill with an additional charges from the previous 6 months. After recharging my postpaid account with 150rs, I was being told that my postpaid account will be on 0rs monthly charge for the next 6 months but even then the Idea company is charging me the monthly bill from the last 6 months. I am continuously trying to contact the customer care of Idea cellular, but either they are not attending my calls or if they pick it up, they would say, ''We are not able to hear you."               Never Use Idea Network Mobile Number: [protected] Net Pack Activated (600 MB) - 200 Rs. Billing Cycle Date: 19th of every month What is the problem? I went in Roaming (Kanpur, UP) on 24th April, In this city i decided to use net on my mobile number. At that time 540 MB was left as my data balance. I used the net for 15 minutes only and put the data option in off mode. After one hour i received a message from Idea Customer Care that "Your Data Limit has been exceeded from 1000 Rs." I was surprised, how is it possible? How my data limit exceeded while i was not using the internet on my mobile. Infect the internet data pack MB was left in my account. Then how they make the bill of 1000 rupees only for data uses? Now they banned my outgoing calls & data usage services. Please think logically, Can anyone spend 1000 rupees on using internet within one hour only. And specially when his data was off. I tried Idea customer Care (198, 121) but didn’t get any success to speak with any customer executive or I didn’t find any option to speak with an executive in roaming. When I reached my home (Delhi), I decided to go customer Care (A68, Sector64, Noida). I speak with a girl, I don’t remember the name exactly. She replied me you used data of 1000 rupees and you have to pay the total unbilled amount only then we can activate your services. And if you want to choose any other network you can but you have to clear all outstanding balance. First they make the errors and kill our time to rectify them (By visiting their showroom) or indirectly force to close the numbers or choose any other network. 3 months back I closed my other Idea postpaid number ([protected]) for unused charges (250) of 600 MB data. Idea is totally fraud and they always make their customers fool. I suggest everyone for not using Idea network specially Idea Internet otherwise you will be the next. Thanks Bhupesh

                dear sir, myself kanhaiya lal, i have submitted documents to convert my postpaid no [protected] into prepaid to idea store santnagar, buradi. i submit my documents on 20th of april, after five days my postpaid no get closed but till this time my prepaid connection could not start. when i visit to idea store they said to me that your no will be started on 28th april but till this time it is closed. i found a fraud by employees of idea store, i think they are cheating me. please help me. call me at [protected] and solve my problem. please listen to me.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I was idea prepaid customer form past 3 yrs and recently planned to move post paid but, that SIM is still not activated(with out intimation disconnected my prepaid N/W on 23/04/2015 for migration purpose still, didn't get signal for it) still. I have call to prepaid customer service people about this they told it is migrating it will take two days time(today is 7th day), No one is informed like this process there with out informing me why they disconnect my network, My communication is disconnected with out my mistake form last one week and suffered a lot. Finally decided i don't wanna be idea customer in Karnataka and yesterday i bought new sim of some other network . I have deposit 500/- for my post paid connection and send me my amount back.                       My SIM has not activated still due to that your not able contact me(Every one getting same problem who want to contact me and i struggled so much). Today onwards switching to another network it is sad to me because loosing my number which i used from past 3 yrs.                           Sir, My no is [protected]. A request was made with Idea Customer Care centre to stop ARP Plan and I was told that the service will be withdrawn on next bill date. But I have just received a message today itself i.e. 28.04.2015 intimating the renewal of ARP Plan. Kindly discontinue the ARP Plan as requested earlier at Customer Care Centre situated at Shivaji Stadium, Cannaught Place, New Delhi otherwise I would be compelled to cancel my connection.

                            I was called by a representative of Idea in the end of March citing the benefits of various packs I should switch t, one of them being 1299 pack ( This is what I was told- 4000 std minutes + 100 roaming minutes +5 gob 3g data). As per the info given to me, I switched to the 1299 pack which started from march 22- April 22 cycle. Post this I went to Bangalore and adjoining places in the 1st week of April. While checking my bill as per usual, I found out that a sum of Rs. 2096/- had been levied on my number as "data usage' within that period. I called Idea customer service on the 1st of april inquiring about the same (Comm Id# C1-[protected] Submitted) Only then was I informed for the 1st time that since now I am on 3G now, i am supposed to manually select the IDEA network . AND that while in Noida, which is my residence and my billing address, I am supposed to switch to Vodafone Network as Idea has a tieup with them. . Also, same applies for roaming calls, regardless of the 1000 free roaming provided by my 1299 pack. So basically i was NOT informed of these exceptions while being sold the options. OR when I opted for a pack. The first time that i was told of this was when I called with this complaint to the customer care on the 1st of April AFTER the bill had been levied. Anyway, I was deeply disappointed that full disclosure was'nt given to me and i told the customer executive the same. She agreed and then I was informed that something could be done about this only after the bill was generated at the end of my cycle. Once my bill was generated on the 24th.I made my 2nd call with regard to the same I spoke to the executive and got a call back from the Manager where I explained the whole scenario again and we spoke at length. She apologised for the lack of total info given and proceeded to assure me that for this first time this would be considered and she has placed a request for processing of a waiver this time and I will be getting a call confirming the same within a day or two at max.( Comm Id# C1-[protected] Closed) Then After not hearing from them for 2 days, i called again on the 26th of Aril, spoke to another executive. explained to her regarding the problem and the assurances made during the earlier call again. I was again assured that she will make a call on this regard and put it in for processing and i would be getting a confirmation withing a day or two at max. After not hearing from anybody yet again, , I called today AGAIN.( SR_TAS0103_20_EMAIL) Spoke to YET another executive who told me that there is NO request placed on their database and that she is helpless in this matter and that I should Mail here regarding the same. She also assured a call back from the manager. Now, words cannot express how hassled and annoyed with this whole thing. Not only was I not given Complete disclosure when I was called with these pack offers, neither was i informed of the vodafone and the idea switching manual thing. Also, the customer care executive, although has been polite, but by assuring me of processing a request and not doing it NOR reverting back with info on the same is SO unprofessional and plain wrong. Even the Manager who assures me of processing a waiver request cant be trusted. So i fail to comprehend whose words to trust. I am not only hassled at the lack of information and communication of fine print of these offers but also deeply saddened with the lack of basic etiquettes and consideration that your company has towards it customers. I am thoroughly hassled of calling again and again only to be assured of processing of waiver again and again only to not get any info or confirmation regarding the same.

                              i have prepaid idea connection with no. [protected] avinash chander sehgal jalandhar punjab.i get unsolicited calls numbering 5 to 10 calls daily from idea cellular phone nos.[protected] and similar other nos. starting with 0140...Also when we dial any no. 1st advertisement of idea cellular starts and connection to dialled no. is unsolicitedly delayed. And lastly after every call some adv. appears to subscribe to some bhajans or else at some rate and if by mistake we press ok butten charges ranging from rs 5 to 30 per day/month is charged from prepaid no.I request Idea should stop all these illegal practices.thanks

                                Last night i checked my idea bill may be after few years as i have been using this number [protected] for years as trusted the company...however i realized last night that there is a charge of |Rs 250 added for 3g vas usage which i never opted for as i don't even use a smart phone for this number and the phone that i use with this sim is a Lava Arc6 basis non smart phone which can't connect to the internet. Immediately i called up idea customer card and the representative (priyanka) verified that i have not been using internet on this number hence they will wave off my 2 months charge, i asked why only two months as i don't use this service neither i asked this for...I AM NOT AN IIN STUDENT, please spare me and the company which says no ullu banaowing has been making a fool out of me for last few years.                                 I had same issue with my Idea service. I consistently escalated the issue to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and customer care. I asked them to provide me the screen shots of the third party link or web page that activates the VAS to prove how the VAS service gets activated on my device and show how customer consent was taken before applying charges to my account. They did not have anything to prove that as this was un-lawful so they had to reverse the charges. Please copy ap<[protected]@trai.gov.in email Id as well while communicating with Appellate and customer service over email.

Chaurasia, hereby bring it to all of yours notice that how one IDEA Official Store named, AAPS Enterprises situated at 33, Nehru Complex, Plot No. B-9, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-110092, did a lot of activities to harass me for unknown reasons. HIGHLIGHTS: 1. I applied for my Number [protected] to be migrated to Pre Paid to Post Paid. 2. The above Number was joined with a Corporate Plan without my consent. 3. My SIM / Number is not working Since 26/03/2015 despite several complaints. 4. I have been ill-treated by IDEA Official Store - AAPS Enterprises. They have challenged me, "SIM chalu karwa kar dikhao." 5. On 03/04/2015, Idea Customer Care Executive Avinash told me, "The Number [protected] is not on your name, rather it is allotted in the Name of Cyber Core Services. There is no relation between the Number [protected] and you, Kamal Kr. Chaurasia." He also informed me that the SIM is activated but not the one which I have. So the question is who is possessing the SIM and what is being done with that SIM. I myself dialled [protected], it says that either the Number is Switched Off or Out of Coverage Area. Supposedly, it indicates that somebody kept this SIM under his/her ILLEGAL POSSESSION. 6. Many more persons (from the same building) like Sheikh Majid, Anil Maurya and Friend of Sheikh Majid have also been cheated / misled by this Idea Official Store through its Executive, Pandit. All these three persons have opted out of Idea or ruled out to join Idea. If the enquiry is done, the details will be out. 7. I request you to please solve all this and my demands are as follows: (a) Return back my Number [protected] in Pre Paid and Port me out with immediate effect because there is no point to be with IDEA. (b) Refund of ₹300/- taken by Amit on behalf of AAPS Enterprises on 20/03/2015 should be given back to me. (c) Store should issue me an unconditional Apology Letter. (d) Issue me a Certificate mentioning that this Mobile Number [protected] was not usable to me and if something Illegal / Mischievous has been done during the period from 26/03/2015 to till the date of handing over this Number to me, I (Kamal Kr Chaurasia) will not be held responsible as this Number was not in my custody because a SIM is active but not in my possession. IN DETAIL: 1. I am the user of a Prepaid Number (of MTS) [protected] which was ported in to Idea somewhere in October-November, 2014. This number is my main number and very important to me. 2. On 20/03/2015, one Executive namely Amit working for the above mentioned Store came to me and offered a better plan by converting my connection Pre-Paid to Post-Paid. 3. I submitted the documents along with ₹300/- in cash. On Friday, i.e., 27/03/2015, I was given a new SIM vide Number[protected] and my old SIM gets Deactivated (perhaps sometime on 26/03/2015). Since then I just received one call from Idea which inquired whether ₹300/- deposited or not. I told them that yes, it is deposited already in cash. 4. Till 29/03/2015, None (old / new) of the SIMs have been activated showing 'NO NETWORK'. However, I was been assured by Amit and the other Executive that within 24 hours, the connection will get activated. On this day, Idea Customer Care Executive says that it will get activated after 1st April, 2015. I also fear that they would have been telling lie about the Plan also. The Plan which they offered me was that in Rs. 149/- per month, I will get 600 minutes free along with calling on one number absolutely free. 5. On 30/03/2015, I received an e-mail from Pragya Shrivastava, Customer Service Team, IDEA Cellular Limited saying: "This is with reference to your email regarding Pre to Post Migration. We wish to inform you that request for Pre to Post Migration has been initiated and CPV has been done via Service Request Number 1-[protected] and same will get completed by 31st March 2015." On the very same day, a person named GAURAV from the same store called me from his number [protected] on 11:33 hrs. saying that he is calling from IDEA Customer Care and told me in high pitch that the Store is not responsible, you cannot complaint like this. Later around 13:30 hrs. another person named Pandit from the same store came to my staff, Raghvendra Bhadauria, and asked him to show the Receipt dated 20/03/2015 against the deposited amount of ₹300/-. My staff asked me what to do, I told him to show it to him. But he snatched it saying that he will return it after showing it to his boss at the Store. He assured my staff that the SIM will be started in 15 minutes. However, when my staff went to his Store and asked for the Receipt, Gaurav refused it. Later when I called Gaurav, he said I am the owner of the Store and do whatever you can do through e-mails. He used 'not a professional' language saying why you need Receipt, I will return your money ₹300/-. Later he came to my office and used Abusive language and again repeated that do 'mailing-mailing' even upto Appellate Authority, nothing matters to me as you don't have any proof. He also informed me that my number has been included with a Corporate Plan which I did not opt. 6. On 30/03/2015 itself, in the evening, when I met my friend Om Prakash Maurya, Proprietor of Cyber Core Services, I told him all the matter. He told me that he put my Number [protected] on Corporate Plan because Pandit told him that for Corporate Plan, at least four numbers are required so he put my number. Pandit told him that once the Corporate Plan will be activated, he (Pandit) can move out the unrequired number from the Corporate Plan, very easily as he used this formula many times so don't worry no problem will arise. So Om Prakash proceeded further. 7. On 30/03/2015 itself, Om Prakash also got SMS, "Congratulations dear customer. Your new Idea number [protected] is ready for activation. Dial 59059 for tele-verification." While the SIM vide Number[protected], which was given to me (Kamal), was still showing 'NO NETWORK' and none other SIM for this Number was given to me or Om Prakash. My friend, Om Prakash, didn't know that I had earlier applied for Pre Paid to Post Paid Migration. He stopped the Corporate Plan Initiation through his Primary Operator, i.e., Airtel. 8. On 31/03/2015, I called up Idea Customer Care Number [protected] at around 20:20 hours and reached Post Paid Section. Just after listening only that my Number was Pre Paid, the Executive connected me to Pre Paid Section. There an Executive attended me and said, "This Number is deactivated from Pre Paid and I don't have further information. If you applied for Post Paid then you should go to Post Paid Section." He connected me to Post Paid again. This time, some Sachin was on the line. After checking his data of this Number, he shocked me by saying that the Number [protected] was ported from Aircel. I told him that this Number was with Idea Pre Paid since around 5 months but he insisted that no, it was with Aircel. He further informed me that this Number was part of a Corporate Plan and on 30/03/2015, a Request for Pre Paid to Post Paid Migration was generated by AAPS Enterprises. I asked him then why this Number was off since 26/03/2015 but he told me that he don't know. He even talked to Pre Paid Section at his own. Then I again explained him the whole matter. He again told me that he is going to initiate an enquiry in this matter and gave me a Communication ID Number C1-[protected]. He told me that this matter will be solved in 48 hours. 9. After waiting around 3 days, I called up Idea Customer Care Number [protected] on 03/04/2015, went to Post Paid Section. There I was connected with Avinash, he told me, "The Number [protected] is not on your name, rather it is allotted in the Name of Cyber Core Services. There is no relation between the Number [protected] and you, Kamal Kr. Chaurasia." He also informed me that the SIM is activated but not the one which I have. So the question is who is possessing the SIM and what is being done with that SIM. I myself dialled [protected], it says that either the Number is Switched Off or Out of Coverage Area. Supposedly, it indicates that somebody kept this SIM under his/her ILLEGAL POSSESSION. Store Officials challenged me, "SIM chalu karwa kar dikhao." 10. Till date, No Verification / Confirmation has been done for my Number. 11. All these three persons have opted out of Idea or ruled out to join Idea. If the enquiry is done, the details will be out.                                     My number is [protected]. I just got my bill. And just Shocked... i think i did the biggest mistake after porting from airtel. I have taken 1599 plan where included 10000 min free std loc roam calling, 8 GB 3G data, etc. Then Bill geberated for 15 days. But guess what... Bill generated of 2093 INR... what A ... they added 900 rupees extra as internet over uasage... Which i never did... What an Idea !!! Shame on u...

                                        My cellular is connected with Idea and the post paid plan is 245rs (3G 1GB download and unlimited browsing ), The 3G always refresh after 14th date of every month. Same wise this month refreshed with 3G 1 GB, just 10 days over the 3G 1GB has over it mentioned in the message, I got a shock I used only 550 MB based on the notification after disable my mobile data. The Idea Cellular is not providing full 1GB download in 3GP speed. Very worst and cheating me . Please fix this and help me to get my 1GB 3 Gp downloads. Thanks in advance
