[Resolved] Idea Money — Idea money using credit card fraud - please block transaction immediately and process refund - police complaint attached | |||||
Dear sir, Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, i am trusting that you will help. Through citibank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 1034) and merchant - ideamoney, mumbai I got a fraud call around 3.30 pm today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they Already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 1034) towards ideamoney with three transactions each of 4800/- making the total amount of 14400/- with below transaction ids: Transaction id-1: 358803 of rs. 4800/- Transaction id-2: 755166 of rs. 4800/- Transaction id-3: 295960 of rs. 4800/- I raised complaint near police station and attached is the copy of the police complain. Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back. I have also witnessed a similar issue like Rupernita, on 26th April 2017 at around 5 PM.
I got a call from HDFC Credit Card department stating that I have some reward points which they want to transfer to my account either debit or credit card.
They also had my debit card details and cvv no. which they wanted to verify with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about
transaction using my Deutsche bank debit card (Starts with 4216 and ends with 2182) towards idea money with four transactions each of;
4875/- making the total amount of 19500/- with below transaction details:
POST DOM/422172/IDEAMONEY MUMBAI of rs. 4875/- (four times)
I have raised complaint to my nearby police station and would like to share if you want me to share it.
Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.
