I have four bonds of IDFC. Folio No.: IDE0282754. My PAN no is ALTPK3033B. I have submitted my certificate for Dematization. But bank is telling, IDFC has reissued the certificate and it is not accepting it.

I did not receive any communication. regarding redemption via letter, message or any other thing.
For redemption of this bond, I want to know the details.
