I purchase four bonds folio no. Idb0223742 for rs. 5000/- each with certificate no. 223742. All these bonds matured on 21.2.2021. Till date the maturity amount has not been credited to my bank account. Kindly credit the amount in my saving account.

I had purchased these bonds on 21.02.2011. Every year I used to get cheque towards dividend by registered AD. In the month of January 2021, I contacted MFin Office, Shivajinagar, Pune and asked them whether I am required to do anything like cancelled cheque, application etc. However, they told me that withing doing nothing, you will get payment.

Till date, I have not received any amount/cheque. Today 11.03.2021, why so much delay?

Now since last week, I am trying to contact Pune office. They are not picking up the phone. Sometimes it is engaged, means somebody is there in the office. Why we are being ignored in spite of our dues with you. Embarrassing.

When tried to send mails to [protected]@infrabond.com, the e.mail ID is blocked after sending first e.mail.
Could you please inform what is the status? How much it will take to get maturity amount.

Please reply urgently.

As I am allottee of the above mentioned infra bonds with RL No. 332065 -B- Reference No. 430794 dated 21.02.2011 the maturity dated of the same are February, 2021.
But still I have not received maturity amount in my account. Please look this matter on priority and obliged. For your reference copy of allotment advice is also enclosed..

I had similar problem with IDFC infra bonds. Customer care did not help at all.
I complained to SEBI investor complaints cell: https://scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html
That only helped to solve the issue.
Those who are facing problem with IDFC bonds can also try the same.
