Machine Make and Model - IFB DIVA Complaint - Washing Machine dead 1st service call raised - 13th March[protected] Here starts my ongoing efforts to get a dead Washing machine back to working by IFB service team. I happily raised the request and was at peace assuming my complaint will be closed in a weeks’ time as it happened few times earlier. The technician made a visit after a couple of days and claimed the wire harness needs a replacement. I agreed it at a cost of 2300/- (approx.) I followed up a few days later as and got to know the ticket was closed!!! 2nd service call raised for the same issue - 2nd April[protected] The call center executive was kind enough to raise another request and on my requested he claimed it was escalated. 23rd day today after the second call and I am waiting for a technician to fix my WM! The individuals I came across during my follow up during the last 44 days 1. 16 call center agents - Don't remember all the names 2. Susmitha - Local service center franchise[protected] 3.A guy on[protected] he is either the franchise owner or the technician 4.Mr Santhosh - Should be the Area service manager ([protected]) 5.Nirmala / Venkatesh[protected]/62) - Seems to be from IFB Regional office, Both never bothered to pick up the call 6.Mr. Bharath Area service manager ([protected]) who claimed the part was sent thrice for an incorrect model 7. [protected]@ifbglobal.com - I attempted sending a mail, for which I got a reply after 2 days in Chinese. Google failed to translate it! With in 24 hours of posting the complaint, I got a call from IFB. Sounded very positive, Assured things will be taken care and I don't have to do any more follow up. I have a good feeling that the right team is involved here.
No Progress, except the calls from IFB factory on 26, 28 & 29th. It seems the factory team is also surprised by the casual approach from the local service franchise. I have politely requested to assign this case to another franchise; and..this is the 48th day since the first call.
