[Resolved] IFB — Body for T2900. Lack of response from the manufacturer | |||
I have been using an IFB washing machine Model T2900 for the last 17 years. The body had to be changed twice during these years due to corrosion, against payment made as per IFB price list – but since 2013 even despite repeated complaints logged with the customer service I have not been able to get a replacement of the body, due to which I am unable to use the machine. If the body of this model cannot be provided, I request your organisation to let me know of the same. I may have to purchase a new washing machine from another manufacturer with more dependable long term service back up.
