IFB — Defective dryer sold | |||
On Jan 22 2014, we purchase an IFB dryer from Reliance Store in Orion Mall Bangalore. We were assured that the dryer was a good one. We purchased this dryer because our old Lloyds Dryer timer switch became defective. Our dryer was installed on Jan 24 by IFB tech Rajsekhar. He installed it but did not wait to see if everything worked fine. The very first time we used it, we noticed that the timer switch was not working. We called the service center and Mr.Tiwari confirmed that the switch was defective. We asked that this dryer be replaced with a brand new one with no defects. We have called numerous times and we are thoroughly dissatisfied with the service line. We have called so far the following people, who do not answer the phone, or else don't give us a satisfactory answer. Mr. Mrunmay (original complaint) Mrs. Jancie Mr.Rahul Mr. Lawrence Mr. Manoj (he either does not answer, or we continuously get a busy signal. I have tried him 20 times yesterday.
