I got a Ifb dishwasher 2 years back and the panel is not working . It's more than a month since I placed a complaint asking for service the Ifb customer service is so poor and worst and highly disappointing that they never came to help with this issue, I reached out offce nd gave our dishwasher to get it repaired and calling on a daily basis and they do not bother to respond if they have started working on it too, , I have lg products at home and never felt any issue with those products even if issue raised service from lg was good. Despite several warning from my friends on poor Ifb service I went ahead and got the Ifb dishwasher .. Now I deeply regret buying Ifb product . Highly disappointing service with no response at all.. Updated by Shajayisha This issue is still not resolved. The guy called Gopal from my place who holds the complaint has still not resolved this neither attending calls. I truly regret buying Ifb dishwasher my wife's health is getting worst. I thought this would be of help but this has become a total pain even Ifb agent who was sending sorry fr the inconvience caused has stopped replying. Than sending sorry forward msgs can you really look into this. Someone pl take this till Ifb chair person on their worst service.. I am so fed up nd disturbed since months you take my machine nd refund my amount I would rather buy a better product. Truly annoying highly disappointed. Strongly recommend people not to buy Ifb.
