[Resolved] IFB — Faulty microwave received | |||
Hi It's been 6 months that I've informed ifb about the faulty microwave I received. I was told the door will be replaced.but it never happened. A tech came but he had no tools to replace the door.l dont need replacement.I need a refund as ifb has poor quality maintenance. Mayuri denied the refund and askd me to escalate further by contacting customer care which is so Un acceptable.U guys have no meaning to customers experience.I further escalated this to vivek Bane who ignores my calls conveniently.
