Dear IFB,
I am Vivek from Chennai, I was bought IFB front load 8kg washing machine 4 months before but while purchase from Nerkundram IFB point and sales person said 3 month once free service with out spending even single rupee from customer end so I am ready to choose IFB from my end, now I am getting bad smell from tub so I was raised complaint request to IFB, Another couple of days service person came and tried to run 15 min wash and drain (these thing I can do by myself) asked me to buy 5 pack of tub cleaner each cost 160 RS so total 800 Rs I am shocked to hear this from IFB executive( is this sales executive or IFB executive?). So 3 month once I need to spend 800 Rs so at the end of the 4 year 12800 Rs for only service? Even not cleaning filter and IFB executive only concentrating on selling the tub cleaning powder and washing liquid, filters etc.After 3 days I got call from IFB executive so I was explained all the situation but while speaking to him simply he said to send again executive and disconnected the call (well behaviour from IFB Customer service). Almost 2 weeks gone no one is came? IFB needs only customer money but not customers.
This is the my first and lost business from IFB, Sure I wont recommend this to anyone.
Over all 37000 Rs Machine+1350 rs Stand + 1300 cut out=39650+ 12800(service)=52450 rs for 4 members?
Even within warranty your service is worst, then after warranty period??? Please tell to your executive At least clean the filter with in service period.
