[Resolved] IFB Industries — Damaged product sent,replacement replacement is on indefinite delay | |||||
I ordered two products, an IFB Maxi Dry 550, & IFB Nepture Dishwasher from TataCliq, by making full payments of both on 17th Aug. 2016. Both the products were delivered to my parents in BROKEN and DAMAGED condition.And no proper replacement/compensatory action was taken either by TataCliq or IFB. It is a harassment for old people.
