IFB Industries — Delivered faulty machine and not accepting replacement

I ordered an IFB front load Washing Machine with model number TL- REW aqua 6.5 kg from Flipkart on 21/11/2020 ( Order No : OD[protected] . Order delivered on 27/10/2020 and a technician visited for installation and found machine is faulty and recommend for replacement . For confirming fault a technician supposed to visit us . But without contacting us technicians cancelled the appointment three times and now Flipkart going to cancel the return request as eligible time period is expiring. I felt cheated by IFB . Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
