[Resolved]  IFB Industries — disturbance in washing machine

I purchased washing machine w-machine-fl-f. Auto, model: ifb senorita aqua vx 6.5 kg front loading wm paying rs.27000/- from "great eastern trading co." branch - 15 g. T. Road, khadinamore, chinsurah, on[protected].

At the time of purchase i also purchased a trolley to carry the washing machine, later i was informed the trolley was small in size according to the washing machine.

Now for the last 6 months we have to suffered a lot regarding the washing machine, for which i contacted the customer care on phone but got no solution.
The problem i have been facing
(1) it is creating so much noise at the time of operation whether for for 10 minutes drying of 2 hours 5 minutes for medium soiled option
(2) at the time of spinning it is tremendously vibrated like jumping (It has been continuing for more than 1 year) and for which the trolley broken six months ago.
(3) at times the spinning could not be completed, the machine became hang showing message "unbl"
(4) as it is jumping at the time of spinning it creates havoc sound striking the floor.

You are requested to send expert to observe the same and solve the problem at the earliest either repairing it or replacing a new one.
