[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB Neptune Dishwasher delivered damaged | |||||
Planned to gift a dishwasher to my parents from hyderabad (i live in hyd). 6 dec - machine got delivered to vizag. 13 dec - got it installed after I personally requested. no initiative from IFB/Shopclues. Found 3 dents on machine. 31 Dec - requested 2nd demo and I visited vizag. Machine showing F5 error after technician left. 5 - jan - technician came, tilted the machine and found 2 broken parts with 5 dents on external body. Now, IFB is not responsible, courier company is not responsible, and Shopclues is not responsible. They say, i should call shopclues by 8th december for replacement. Between Dec 6 and Dec 8, they expect the customer to open the shipment, check the machine internally and externally and raise return order. This is a hitech cheating that these companies started following now that costed me, 34, 000/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
