I bought "ifb tl-rdw 6.5 kg aqua fully automatic top loading washing machine" on[protected] and having 4 years warranty. Washing machine is not working, so i called up service center and requested for complaint and the complaint no is : [protected] (Created on[protected] From ifb technician visted and said issue with motherboard, i called service center and they said the product having only 2 years and asking for 4500 for motherboard + 650 rupees as service charge. But when i look in to the ifb website or flipkart, still i see the machine has 4 years warranty. 1. Here i am attaching invoice image 2. Sep 27, 2019 Updated by lvsrinu I got call from IFB trice and they are not specking after lifting phone, just disconnecting the call. When i try to call the same number it is not connecting. could you please help on this.
