[Resolved] IFB Industries — Installation | |||||
It has been more than 1 week since I've bought an IFB washing machine. The technician called and I told him to come on Friday as we're both working and no one would be available to attend him for the demo. This guy cancelled or closed the request and never showed up. When I called him on Friday, he said he'll some n Sunday. On Sunday, he said today is our holiday. Now if the machine is not installed today (which I am sure it won't considering the crap after sale service these guys provide) it'll be just a furniture lying somewhere in my house. I might as well return the box of tin I bought for 35K and buy a samsung which is easier to install and use. Pathetic, pathetic service, Even the customer care isn't helpful. I had to move 3 levels up (executive to supervisor to a senior resource on call) to explain my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||||
