[Resolved] IFB Industries — Microwave Oven 23BC4 | |||||
I have procured an IFB Microwave Oven Model 23BC4 two tears back. Now one of the buttons of its membrane key pad is not working. I have given a complaint to IFB customer care through IVRS. Today somebody talked to me from IFB and told Membrane Keypad is to be replaced and its cost is Rs. 2500. Total price of oven in Amazon is 11500 and for a small membrane keypad they are charging Rs. 2500. It is cheating the consumers. For repairs, finding the customer helpless, IFB is charging hefty amount . This is totally unethical business. Request IFB to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
