[Resolved] IFB Industries — model - elite, issue unresolved for more than 7 months - service focus on changing spares with additional cost eventhough in amc not resolving | |||
Dear sir/madam, We are using elite model ifb washing machine since many years, but in the recent past years we are facing lots of issues in the machine were service engineer come and are not able to identify the problem, instead of that they keep on changing the spares and charging for the same with the issue still pending for more than 7 months. The issue was initially before 7 months was reported vibration in the machine to great extent were sometimes machine will come of that stand, along with the water leakage issue, but the service people came and said it is a normal problem, has the machine runs it will become alright and we have also taken care of it, we were complaining if the machine is vibrating to this extent if any spares goes for a damage who will be liable they said nothing will happen, till last month several engineers used to come and tell some stories but water leakage and vibration was not resolved. During the last visit of service engineer we again told the same issue, he also never resolved the issue, at one point of time because of vibration the bottom part of the panel broken initially and eventually the door itself is broken. Now the door and the lower panel broken because of vibration, now they are telling has the machine became old the panel is broken, we are not liable for this, and completely reverse statement by service engineer and now you need to pay for these doors and lower panel. We still said okay by showing our persistence to change the door were we will pay for the door even though it is not at all our mistake, they said they will replace the door in a week, now one month has gone they are telling no door is available has your model is old, so better you for the buy back. They are least bothered about this issue. Pathetic thing is door was broken has the issue was not addressed by the service people during the initial days and they left it as such to precipitate the issue and to make this machine in non working condition. Now they are telling to go for the buy back. I have not come across this kind of worst service with ifb till last year. There is a general rule that company should maintain spares for minimum number of years to service the existing customers even it becomes obsolete. The issue is not at all escalated and it is kept within the area, even when i call the customer care they said we will said senior person to resolve nothing is turning positive. If ifb is not able to resolve the issue they can give it in writing rather than playing with the customer patience, lots of time, effort, and stress was given for this issue. I don't know whether this mail is going to go in junk or is this has a value. If really this issue is not escalated to the upper level, kindly treat this as important issue.
