My dishwasher started malfunctioning 20 days ago .I have complained twice by tollfree number. No one has come to resolve my complain till date . What is the use of complain centre. I had a similar experience in April. No one came to resolve my complain even then . Why buy IFB products when they cannot provide after sales service.complainno17606270. I am using IFB washing machine since last 12 years and this is my 2nd washing machine ELENA DX. The service after sales of the company is very poor. I lodge a complaint on[protected] and ticket no. is 18271607 till today it has not been resolved, everytime when I contact service centre or customer care assure me that the engineer will visit today
