[Resolved] IFB Industries — not providing replacement for dispute product (microwave) | |||
I bought ifb 23 l microwave (23sc3) through flipkart online portal. Installation guy came and found scratch in inner wall. Gave me job sheet mentioning that scratch inside the machine. It's been more than 7 days now, no replacement happened. Flipkart rejected the return request saying seller rejected the replacement. Ifb area manager told that it's flipkart who will replace it. No proper response from ifb customer care team as well. Flipkart order id od[protected] Replacement id is [protected] I don't know who is going to replace the product and when.
