October 2nd 2019 i booked ifb 6kg washing machine in amazon. It is delivered on 13th october 2019. But till now no service person reached me for the installation of machine. From last four days i am contacting. But i didn't get proper reply and immediate service till now.
If it continues like this the impact will effect company reputation.
I request you please send the person for machine installation at least by the end of the day today.
