Problem: Machine was not able to operate due to rotation problem. Service technician attended on 11 0f nov 2016 and dismentall

machine and kept open saying some spares required. After that no representative visited. Even aftrr repeated multiple complaints and calls too.

Till today no one has ready to resolve or attend the problem after repeated complaints registered.

In this regards i am awaiting for the prompt servic e since 10th Nov-2016.
