[Resolved] IFB — poor service by the tecnician | |||
I booked a complaint for my ifb washing machine 7kg digital model as it was not working at all . My complaint was attended on 27/8/14 and the technician told some control panel needs to be changed which costed Rs 3368, he changed the panel and took the old panel with him stating that company demands for the same, which i failed to understand as my machine was not in warranty also. But the problem is that within hardly 15 days of service the machine has stopped working again. I am really upset by the poor service by such a branded company.
