[Resolved] IFB — Regarding a washing machine | |||
I had registered a complain on 19th March 2014 at 12:00 pm but there is no response yet. My complain number is[protected]. Then I registered a second complain on 13th May 2014 but again there was no response. It's been 2 months. Whenever I register a complain they take more than 3 months to attend me.i don't understand why this happens to me ALWAYS. Currently there is a problem in my washing machine. The last time when your engineer came he said that there are some parts missing which he will come and replace within a WEEK, but it's been more than 2 months and my machine is in the same condition. My machine is currently in AMC. My AMC number is - 25561. I REQUEST you to please look into my problem and solve it. Was this information helpful? | |||
