[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Complaint #17375943 | |||||
I moved from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon and thus placed a re installation request (#[protected] with IFB customer care on 9th Feb for my machine machine (unfortunately I bought one.. to which I regret till date). Firstly I did not get even a call from anyone till 2 days and had to call them back to follow up even though your response time says 24 hours. I had told them the new address in detail. Next I got a call from person stating that no one responded at my address. Upon inquiry, got to know that he went to the old address, despite the fact that I had updated the new address with Customer care executive. I again called up to cust care and got to know that they updated the address and NOT THE CITY !!! --- I don't know how to respond to such a blunder. Again for next 4 days, No call from any one. I called up again, and got to know that city in address is still the same !!! This was a test of my patience. I still updated the address with customer care and was promised prompt service. For next 3 days, there was no response. I called up cust care and talked to HANEF MOHAMMED and was promised a call back from his senior in 1 hour (I am waiting for that till date !!!) Finally I called up cust care again today and talked to UDAY (this is exact 13 days from the date the complaint was made) and got to know that city in address is still same. He himself admitted that there have been more than 10 follow ups from my end and the worst part was the THE REQUEST WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REASON MENTIONED IN SYSTEM !!! Moreover the ticket was not cancelled from my end neither was I informed. I would really really request you to go through all the recording of the call, if you people have that level of infrastructure set up. I will really really ensure that I never suggest anyone ever an IFB product in my life again. And thankfully I made the right decision at the last moment to buy LG microwave. Can't even imagine where I would be stuck, had I bought IFB!!! Kudos to you !!! - Of all the appliances/gadgets I use, IFB has topped the chart for WORST service !!!
