IFB — washing machine not working since purchasing

Placed an order for fully automatic washing machine from flipkart dated 30th august 2017.
Since the beginning water level button is not working, one person visited to resolve the issue and he said to raise this issue to the company but it has been already 20 days and no one has responded back. Raised my issue 3 times to the customer care on toll free number but still no one has turned up to either repair or replace the machine. Highly dissatisfied with ifb customer care services. I request you to immediately take certain action to resolve my issue. Thanks.

Updated by aniruddhvijay Got more than 10 calls from IFB customer care from different verticals. One has stated machine will get replaced while there superiors have stated that it will get replaced but wait upto 20th Oct 2017. Fingures crossed and hoping this replacement will take place.

Updated by aniruddhvijay As per the promise made by representatives from IFB. Today is due date to replace the faulty washing machine. I hope this time, company will stick to its word.

Updated by aniruddhvijay As IFB representatives have committed to deliver new washing machine as replacement by 20th Oct 2017, again they are failed to deliver as per their words. I didn't receive a single call from IFB side. Such kind of behavior from a recognized and well established company, creates variances in actual and portrayed image. Being a service man, its difficult for me to manage such issue on legal front. Waiting for sincere action from IFB.
