[Resolved] IFB — washing machine not working - Technician has failed to set right the problem

Customer id is 0933439 complaint number is[protected] on friday - 17.10.14 around 7 AM I was assured that the complaint ( washing machine 6 kg digital ) would be attended to within 24 hours. it is under AMC. Till date 21.10.14 - no technician has come. Very poor service. What is the use of having a washing machine if it is going to conk off every 20-25 days. this is the umpteenth time that the machine is failing in the last 3-4 months. every time it takes atleast 10 days to set right the problem. No use of purchasing samsung washing machine. even if you have purchased one pl dont opt for AMC as you will be the last person to be attended to, as they already have your money locked up.
